Use Time Tracking in a Ticket

Tracking the time from when a ticket is opened until it is closed is feasible in K-Fuze.
  • Expand Support and click the ticket project for the ticket where to use time tracking.
  • Filter and locate the ticket. Click its ID to open in Edit mode.
  • Click the Comments tab.
  • In the Comments field, enter a comment.
  • In the Time Spent, enter the time spent resolving the issue.
  • Click the Save Comment button.
  • Click the Time Tracking tab.
  • In the Time Tracking panel, the total time spent is compiled and displayed.
