Relate Tickets Together

Agents in K-Fuze can associate/relate tickets together.
  • Expand Support and select the ticket project where tickets are be associated together.
  • In the Ticketing List page, locate the ticket to modify, and click its ID.
  • Click the Related Tickets tab.
  • Enter the ticket number in the Enter Ticket Number box and click the Save check mark .
  • To view the added ticket, click its View button.
  • To delete the association between the two tickets, click the Delete button.
  • Click Save on the ticket masthead when finished.
