Agents in K-Fuze can associate/relate tickets together.
- Expand Support and select the ticket project where tickets are be associated together.
- In the Ticketing List page, locate the ticket to modify, and click its ID.
- Click the Related Tickets tab.
- Enter the ticket number in the Enter Ticket Number box and click the Save check mark .
- To view the added ticket, click its View button.
- To delete the association between the two tickets, click the Delete button.
- Click Save on the ticket masthead when finished.
