K-Fuze provides the capability to move tickets from one ticket project to another.
- Expand the Support menu.
- Click the ticket project name of the ticket to copy.
- Locate the ticket and click the ID to open in edit mode.
- In the ticket masthead, click Copy/Move.
- At the confirmation prompt, click Move.
- From the drop down, select the ticket project where to move the ticket into and click OK.
