Delete a Ticket Comment

As an agent, there might be instances where you need to delete a specific comment from a ticket. In order to perform the steps below, please make sure you have the appropriate permissions.
  • Expand Support and click the ticket project of the ticket to edit.
  • In the Ticketing List grid, locate the ticket, and click its ID to open in edit mode.
  • Click the Comments tab.
  • Locate the comment to delete and click the Delete (Trash Can) icon.
  • At the confirmation prompt, click Delete.
