Assign a Ticket to Another Agent

Tickets can be transferred or assigned from one agent to another.
  • Expand the Support menu.
  • Click the ticket project containing the ticket to transfer
  • Filter and locate the ticket to transfer. Click the ID field to open in edit mode.
  • Highlight the Agents field, start typing the name of the agent to assign the ticket to, and click the name when it appears in the list.
  • Click Save when finished.
