Duplicate a Ticket Project

In K-Fuze there might be instances where one ticket project being created is similar to an existing one. Instead of creating the ticket project from scratch, the duplicate option allows to create it without having to go through all the set up options.
  • Expand Administration and click Ticketing.
  • From the Select a Project drop down, click the ticket project to duplicate.
  • Click Duplicate Project.
  • At the prompt, click Create.
  • Refresh the ticketing page to see the newly created project in the Select a Project drop down.
  • Select the copied project and make the necessary modifications.
