Delete a Ticket Project

  • Expand Administration and click Ticketing.
  • From the Select a Project drop down, click the ticket project to delete.
  • On the Properties tab, click the Delete drop down.
  • To delete only the tickets, click Delete All Tickets for Project.
  • To delete the project and its tickets, click Delete Tickets and Project.
  • At the confirmation prompt, click Proceed.
  • At the second confirmation prompt, enter YES in the provided field, and click Delete.
