View a List of Users, Content, or Tickets

In order to view the list of users, content, or tickets you must have the appropriate permissions:
  • Expand Administration, select Users, and click User List.
  • The User List page will load, with a grid of all registered users.
  • Filter the list as needed using the filters available with each column.
  • To add/remove columns from the grid view, click the top right hand corner of any column, position over Columns, and select/deselect the appropriate columns to display or hide.
