Edit an Existing Content Item

Often times steps within a content item need to be changed and updated. Only a user with content authors permission is able to edit an existing content item.
  • Expand Administration, select Content, and click Content List.
  • Locate the content item to modify and click its ID to open in edit mode.
  • Make the necessary modification to the fields under the Basic Information, Tagging, Content, Notifications tabs.
  • Click Save when finished.
