Sort Comments on a Ticket
- Expand Support and click the ticket project where to view the comments
- Filter and locate the ticket to view and click the ID.
- Click the Comments tab.
- Click the Sort drop down
- To sort by the newest comments first, click Newest First.
- To sort by the oldest comments first, click Oldest First.
