Restore a Previously Deleted Tickets

A deleted ticket can be restored provided the ticket ID is known to the agent.
  • Expand the Support menu.
  • Click the ticket project where the deleted ticket is to be restored.
  • Click any ID to open in edit mode.
  • In the URL, replace the tid=<Ticket Number> with the ticket number to be restored.
  • Once the deleted ticket is opened, click the Undelete button.
