Edit/Delete Ticket Events
- Expand Administration and click Ticketing.
- From the Select a Project drop down, select the project for which to modify the events.
- Click the Events tab.
- To delete a script from the 3 standard events, click its appropriate X.
- To modify a script from the 3 standard events, select another one from the Script drop down, and click the check mark.
- To modify a script from the custom controls, click the Edit button.
- Make the necessary changes to Event and Javascript drop downs.
- Click Save when finished then close the box.
- To delete a custom control script, click its Delete button.
- At the confirmation prompt, click Delete.
