Bulk Edit from List Page

The K-Fuze site allows an administrator to edit the users/content/tickets in bulk from the list page without the need to edit each record individually.
To edit Users:
  • Expand Administration, select Users, and click User List.
  • The following fields can be modified from the user list page without the need to modify each user individually:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Notification Email
    • Login ID
    • Display Name
    • Language
  • Click any of the above field to enable modifications.
  • Make the necessary modifications and hit Enter.
To edit content:
  • Expand Administration, select Content and click Content List.
  • The following fields can be modified without the need to modify each content item individually:
    • Name
    • Status
    • Format
  • Click any of the above fields to enable modifications.
  • Make the necessary changes and hit Enter.
To edit tickets:
  • Expand Support and click the ticket project.
  • The following fields can be modified without the need to modify each one individually.
    • Title
    • Requestor
    • Category
    • Type
    • Assigned To
    • Status
  • Click any of the above fields to enable modifications.
  • Enter the necessary changes and hit Enter.
